1. Background and significance

The traditional method of monitoring the flame status is to install a fire inspection probe. The temperature of the furnace tube can only be manually and periodically observed through the furnace viewing hole. The main problems are:

●A single flame detector can only cover one flame burner, it is difficult to install in batches, and the investment cost is high;

● Manual inspection, there are blind spots, the inspection effect is affected by personal experience, and the data is lagging.

2. Plan

Ethylene cracking furnace and hydrogen manufacturing furnace tube temperature online monitoring system  is mainly composed of multi-spectral imaging temperature measurement probe, explosion-proof control box, server and display terminal. It depends on the distribution of the furnace burners of each heating furnace (such as hydrogen production furnace). The top-fired type is generally used, and the bottom-fired type is generally used for the ethylene cracking furnace. The probe matching the process is used to achieve the acquisition of color video and two-dimensional temperature field data of furnace combustion. The back-end uses C/S and B/S architecture software. Analyze the combustion status and two-dimensional temperature field in the furnace from different dimensions. The C/S software has the functions of ROI temperature analysis, burner extinguishment alarm prompt, leakage and fire analysis, video and historical record management, etc. The B/S software is based on The acquired full-scale temperature field information and sensitive ROI temperature information are refined and analyzed. The software has functions such as comprehensive analysis of furnace tube temperature, tube temperature configuration analysis, furnace tube hot spot trend analysis, temperature difference time domain analysis, and over-temperature alarm record query.
