1. Background and meaning
The heating furnace is an important thermal equipment in the production process of the metallurgical industry. One of the purposes of heating is to increase the plasticity of steel and reduce the deformation resistance during hot working. Since the combustion process of the heating furnace is disturbed by random factors, the random control of nonlinear distributed parameters with large inertia and pure hysteresis. For this kind of complex control object, if there is no corresponding process detection method, even an experienced operator , It is also difficult to accurately control the combustion process. If the heating process is improper, the slab may be overheated, unevenly heated, and even broken.
The on-line detection solution for the temperature field of the billet heating furnace is mainly composed of a multi-spectral imaging temperature measurement probe, a control box, a decoder and a display terminal. According to the thickness of the heating furnace wall, a split direct-view probe is used to increase the transmission stroke. The solution is based on Black body radiation principle and dual-light fusion, colorimetric temperature measurement technology. The front-end multispectral camera collects visible light and near-infrared spectrum signals and outputs video data streams and temperature data streams. The back-end uses dedicated software to display real-time video and two-dimensional temperature.
