The GS-PD100 belt longitudinal rip online monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system adopts a laser scanner independently developed by Hefei GStar, and combines machine vision analysis technology to achieve real-time detection of belt longitudinal rip and defects. By installing a laser scanner near the conveyor inlet, when the belt conveyor is running, the laser scanner emits a linear laser to illuminate the bottom of the belt, and then uses the image acquisition and recognition module to shoot the laser contour image of the bottom of the belt at high speed, and analyzes the change of the laser line shape, so as to judge the abnormal state of the belt. When the belt is detected, such as scratches or longitudinal rips, the corresponding alarm signal is output, and the belt can be controlled to stop by the linkage control system, thereby avoiding the expansion of rip losses.
