In order to improve logical thinking ability and communication efficiency, form the positive thinking of the management team, and build an efficient team, the company carried out a theme training centering on the "Pyramid Principle" on August 29.

This training was lectured by Li Jiangnan, the company's executive deputy general manager. The course is mainly divided into 4 sections: pre-class homework warm-up, classroom theory study, group case discussion, and team achievement sharing.

The training was preheated with pre-class homework PK, which fully mobilized everyone's enthusiasm.

During the training, Mr. Li showed the students the relationship between the pyramid principle and structured expression in a humorous way of teaching, simulated the problems encountered in daily work on the spot, organized group case discussions, and fully transformed theoretical knowledge into practice.

At the end of the training, the actual cases of the company's current new product projects were combined, and the sub-groups used the pyramid principle to discuss and share.
